i’ve been minorly tweaking over the lack of the slated new pharoahe monch album which was supposed drop sometime about now.

since two thirds of the hl crew caught pharaohe at his tiny london gig back in July (see jak’s review right here over at basilika) and heard three tracks (Push, Let’s Go and Desire) from the new joint i’ve been camped out looking for more leaks…

and lo and betide, true to form the mighty spine cames through again with the album’s title track Desire.

i’m a little miffed this ain’t no Push, but since that has to be one of the best tracks i’ve heard all year and still makes me all giggly and excited to hear it.
