with a new Sparklehorse album so near to dropping i can hear it’s glitchy braying on the wind, not to mention a vaunted sparklehorse/dangermouse album, cut from Static King’s edit suite floor (oh yes peoples it’ll be called Dangerhorse… or Sparklemouse, either way I’d watch that animation) and nina persson never far from my mind when i’m trying to look lovely and winsome - my daily bread is from back in 2001 when nina and mark linkous (who is sparklehorse) hooked up for the eponymous a camp album.

Sure, its a little sugary, a little scandi, a little country and a little melancholy too but i’m super digging it today.
